At Jolly Puffer™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product to our warehouses unless the product is damaged or does not meet the product description. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jollypuffer@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We urge you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.



Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
